Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

  • Check the stability of power connection to your device.
  • Ensure your device isn't overheated.
  • Please check the strength of signals of your router.
  • Ensure a proper connection of all the cables and wires to the router and to the computer that you are using.

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.  

2) Wait for 60 seconds.  

3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.  

4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.  

5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
