HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format

HP Recommended
Officejet 7500A

I have 2 problems with my HP Officejet 7500a Printer

1st Problem

The printer no longer connects to web services even after fully resetting the printer to factory condition and resetting all network settings,

The error message is as follows "Connection The printer was unable to connect to the server" As far as I can remember it was working a month ago where I could send emails from my work PC to my printer at home with documents attached ready to be printed.

The printer is fully connected to my home network and the internet through WiFi but cannot understand why it cannot connect to the servers? unless they have stopped my printer from accessing it

I can access the printers own webpage online through my PC but says the web services needs setting up from the printer itself.

2nd problem

When printing photos from my Windows 10 PC by right clicking on the photo and then selecting print and then going through the print wizard and then selecting Print, My Printer seems to be leaving a band down the middle of the page.

I have gone through all my printer settings and tried reinstalling the printer drivers, I have also tried printing on USB and Wireless but I still have the same issue, But doesn't do it if printing from a Specific program such a as Microsoft office picture manger and also from another device such as an iPad and comes out absolutely fine

Any Help would be Appreciated !

Many Thanks
