HP Officejet Pro 6830 Printer Administrator Locked - All features are grayed out, I am unable to access. Error message is I do not have access to printer.
None of the following worked, it is all grayed out.

Use the below steps to restore the printer.
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
- From the printer control panel, touch Setup.
- Touch Printer Maintenance.
- Touch Restore.
- Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
- A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. Touch Restore.
To restore the printer to the original network settings
- From the printer control panel, touch Setup.
- Touch Network Setup.
- Touch Restore Network Settings.
- A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.
- Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
