HP Officejet Pro 6835

We recently changed our internet from Xfinity to T Mobile Internet and since then we have been unable to connect our printer to the wifi.  It actually finds our family wifi and lets me enter the password (which I know is correct) and then after spinning for quite a while it says wifi not found.  Please help!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router, I am glad to assist you.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.

2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings.

4. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.

5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Set up the printer on your wireless network using the Wireless setup wizard

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Wireless Settings.

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know how it goes.

If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
