HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer won't connect to T-Mobile 5G Gateway

I have read the other similar requests for help and tried all of their suggestions.  This printer did connect to a 2.4 Ghz network, but I changed Gateways and now it no longer will connect.  The "Wireless Network Test Results" says No Filtering - FAIL.  and suggests that if MAC address filtering is enabled that we disable it or add this MAC address to the wireless router.  T-Mobile says there is no MAC address filtering and no way to add this MAC address to the router.  I can add other devices, such as my Emerson Sensi Smart Thermostat to the 2.4 Ghz network.  Why not this HP Printer?
