Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I recently moved (twice).  This printer and Mac were working fine on my old network for years.  I even switched out modems there successfully (gotta love plug and play on Mac - when it works)..  I moved w/a friend to temporary quarters and used a T-mobile modem/router all-in-one and everything connected up just fine using the wireless network wizard from the printers wireless setup wizard.  Then I moved to my new house and got my own T-mobile router/modem. It's the newer model (5G-ready).  I have an older phone - not 5G. Everything works - both my I-phones (a 6s, and 11, an old i-pad, and this MacBookPro circa-2012 on the network.  Even TV's from the mid-20somethings can stream.  Except the printer won't go on the network.  I've tried the wireless wizard on the printer. I downloaded the HP EasyStart - hoping to reinstall all the printer drivers looking for updated ones to no avail.  It fails in its attempt to join the printer.  Can't do it - printer not on network.  Tried the software on my mobile phone (i-phone 11) HP Smart - it cannot find it either.  Was going to try to do it manually following the technical directions I found somewhere here in the forum but again - it's not on the network so I can't get anything to work.  I need help.  I know I need to update hardware,  There must be something I can do to be able to print some important stuff I need so that I CAN buy new hardware.
