HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer

We recently changed our router and so I need to change the Wireless settings on my OfficeJet Pro 9015.  But most of the options are greyed out and I get a message that says "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer."  I didn't intentionally lock anything out, so is there a way to manually reset the printer?  The Reset Network Settings option is unavailable as well.

Hi @Hoenukuroa

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you want to reset your printer settings. Don't worry, together we will try to sort this out.

I would suggest you please try these steps

We have to perform  Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile.

Please perform these steps and Feel free to reply to your public post for any further assistance.
