All printing (wireless and local) and scanning functionality works but none of the apps can connect to web services.
For example trying to access the Google Drive app gives the following error: 'The printer could not connect to Web Services. The services might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.'
This has been going on for a few weeks now. I have installed both the HPSmart Windows 10 app and HP Support Assistant and none detect any issues. I downloaded the latest printer firmware but the installation wizard detects the printer firmware as up to date.
I've also cycled the router and printer power several times without success

What worked is the complete REMOVAL of Webservices and re-installation after getting a new printer code etc. I hope this can help somebody else.
