Hello,

 

I am setting up a new PC at home (Windows 10 64bit) and it automatically found my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage from my home network.

 

HP Smart App downloaded installed and printed the Welcome screen everything works fine.

 

The problem is that every time my new pc opens it re-prints the welcome screen.. Could use some help before

my inks run out :).

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and then try.
