HP Smart App --WONT LINK --tells me Account already Connected.

Recently got a new phone, old one died.... Factory reset original phone. Updated everything via Cloud and back up. Trying to link my printer. Found HP tells me I have no account "wierd" so I make a new account they couldn't find my email on file. APP downloads finds Printer, try to set up Anywhere printing, HP loading tells me Another account already linked to printer unable to complete.  How do I remove the account and get my device back???  Anything helps. Thanks in advance
