HP Smart Print

Using HP Smart for wireless printing on Samsung F20 phone ( Version 11), old printer died and installed a new one, its working fine but the old printer is still showing up in printer selection and print option. I can get rid of it or delete from app. Very annoying. Pls help.

Try / Consider...

Open HP Smart Mobile

If you can do so, click on the offending printer name in the top of the main menu -

Look for the printer to the < Left or Right > of your current printer

What else?

Once the offending printer is selected,

Open Settings wheel / gear

Open Add / Set up a Printer

Scroll down to Advanced

Click "Remove Printer"

OK - old printer not listed / present in HP Smart.

Where are you seeing "the old printer is still showing up in printer selection and print option"
