I am unable to install HP Smart- Microsoft store says I am not online (but I am). I need a HP human. Anyone know of a HP help line??

If the Microsoft Store won't let you "get" an app, the actual issue might not be the exact error the store is displaying - the error message might be the "best match" the store software has available for whatever it thinks happened.

 

What?

Errors from software do not always match the exact situation.

Error handling and the error messages are "pre-written" into the software.

 

Not helpful, I know - but software is not always supremely intelligent.

 

What to do?

What ever is going on,

If you know for a fact that you are connected to the Internet,

you'll have to try fixing the problem in the Store software.

 

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

 

What else?

In the case of getting applications from the Microsoft Store, there are limited options.

HP is not holding the application in another location so you can get it.

Yeah, but!

After completing all the solutions to fix the store - Restarting everything, including your router.

 

After all that, try waiting.

Yes, I know.
