HP Smart app

HP Recommended
hp notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why did my HP Smart app quit working, after over a year or so working great, all of a sudden lost my HP 2600 printer. It claims they can't identify or find the status of my printer? But it works through my computer via other apps printing abilities & their scanning. What can I do as the Smart app kept everything right at hand  via my task bar?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app from the Android Play Store or Apple store

After reinstalling, add the HP 2600 printer again.

Hope that helps!
