I have just uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart on Windows 10  and connected to my HP Envy 6020 printer.  The connection shows green in HP Smart  I can print see the printer settings and can print a test page from HP Smart.  The printer wifi light is blue.  I can get the wifi settings and see the IP address - I can connect to this IP address in the browser or ping.  When I select Scan in HP Smart, I'm told it cannot connect to the printer and to check my network settings.  I have a second laptop also with HP Smart.  In that laptop, I click Scan and it connects.  It is possible this is a firewall issue somehow with Scan but I can't figure out what to open.  It seems like the HP Smart install has partially failed.  How do I fix this please?
