Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I want to activate HP web services in order to print via email.

unfortunately i get this error : 

The printer could not connect to Web Services.

Web Services might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.

 

The printer is connected to internet, the firmware is up to date.

 

Could you please help me to solve this issue ?
