How to Customize Your HP ePrint Email Address

1. Access HP Smart App or HP Connected

You can customize your printer’s email address using the HP Smart app or through the HP Connected website.

Using the HP Smart App:

Open the HP Smart App:

• Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store (for Windows) or the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

Select Your Printer:

• Open the app and select your printer from the list of available devices.

Open Printer Settings:

• Tap on the Printer Settings or Manage option (the exact wording might vary).

Go to ePrint Settings:

• Find and select ePrint Settings or Printer Email Address.

Customize Email Address:

• Tap on the Change or Customize option next to your current ePrint email address.
• Enter your preferred email address or a custom alias.
