@JWB42, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP ENVY 6034e printer to Wi-Fi. Let's walk through a few steps to get this resolved.

Step 1: Restart Devices

Before resetting, try these quick steps:

  1. Restart your printer, router, and computer/mobile device.
  2. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working and that you're within range.

Step 2: Reconnect Using HP Smart App

The easiest way to reconnect is using the HP Smart app:

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app.
  2. Tap “+” to add a new printer.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.

If the printer is not detected, proceed to reset the network settings.

Step 3: Restore Network Settings (Factory Reset Wi-Fi)

To reset the network settings on your HP ENVY 6034e:

  1. Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button () on the printer for 5 seconds.
  2. The Wireless light will blink, indicating the network settings have been restored to default.

Now, try reconnecting the printer using the HP Smart app again.
