Could you please share a little more about what exactly is happening when you try to print? For example:

  • Does the printer show any error message?
  • Is the printer printing blank pages, stuck in the queue, or not responding at all?
  • Are there any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Is the printer connected by Wi-Fi or USB?

Also, please share the exact HP printer model name or number so we can check the correct troubleshooting steps for your printer and help further.
