Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

All of a sudden the HP Smart App shows that my Envy 5055 is not on and not connected to wifi when the Envy 5055 is actually on and connected to the same wifi network. I have proceeded with all HP Support recommendations including uninstalling and reinstalling the Smart App, restarting wifi, reconfiguring the wifi on the printer. After more than 2 hours of trying, the issue remains.
