HP Envy New printer - Windows up to date - laptop up to date
both connected to my home network
just seems to take a long time for HP Smart to open and then to print
The equipment is only 18" apart.
network ping round-trip is avg 94ms
Is this slow print just normal?

Hi,
Print a Wireless Network Test Results page and evaluate the shown results:
https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c06543173
May you see any attention or warning on the header of the printed report?
How are the Signal Strength and quality? any warning regarding multiple SSIDs?
Generally the ping average indicate a slow network traffic to the printer, 94ms indicates a very slow network connection to the printer, which relies on the used network.
