Operating System: iOS

I have the hp smart app installed on my iOS devices (iPad and iPhone), but for some reason, it will not recognize my printer. This is NOT a new printer, however I haven’t printed in awhile.

@Poodlelady2, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Remove and reinstall the app on your iOS device. Try using the AirPrint option to print from.
