my 3630 is not printing. i recently installed a new wifi hub and consequently have a new password. this may be the problem, but if so i dont know what to do. the wifi light keeps flashing. i have tried pressing the cancel and wifi buttons, but nothing happens. being in my 70s, and not computer savvy, i really need basic step by step guidance

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting WiFi connectivity issues with your printer, I am glad to assist you.

 

Restore network settings on the printer

  • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Use the HP Smart app to connect the printer to WiFi again
