Help, my HP7900 printer is flashing.  I have read and found out it is due to a need of firmware update.  However, unplugging the printer and letting it sit, then plugging it back in is not the solution.  I have tried this several times.  I cannot use the HP App as the printer must be online.  And as I said, it continues to flash with error code B80B4696.  I am unable to press anything to eliminate this issue to be able to perform any task of updating the device.
