HPDeskJet 2700 will not print

HP Recommended

I have an HP DeskJet 2700. It is connected to the internet and my laptop but will not print. I hope to hear some feedback that can help asap as I need my printer for my work. Thank you.

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

 

  1. Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
