Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hardwired computer to a home network that cannot seem "find" the wireless printer. (says its "offline") I previously had this printer installed with a hardwire as well but needed the port for other things.  I have removed all the Hp "stuff" from the desktop computer and reinstalled, rebooted.... I have tried a TCP port, and a WSB port.  The printer connected wirelessly works just fine with other wireless laptops.  The desktop computer DOES have the printer installed and listed in the settings - printers, etc.... and default but with an error.
