Like how can I get it to print and connect to the internet.

Hi,

Restore both the Factory Defaults and Wireless Defaults, then configure the wireless connection of the printer:

From the setup menu select Tools and then Restore Defaults and confirm any prompt to restore the factory defaults.

Next, from the Wireless menu restore the wireless settings too:

Next, from any wirelessly connected computer or mobile device, make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wireless network and open the HP Smart app.

Click the plus sign, then Setup and Add a New printer and follow the steps on screen to reconfigure the wireless settings for your wireless network.
