We now have a deco booster and the printer is connected to the older wifi.
The kids are really struggling to get the printer to work and I think I need to link the printer to the new wifi but can't work this out.
Any help? So frustrating and holding kids back from schoolwork!

@TheFamily, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.
Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.
If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have tried every troubleshooting method listed online, and there are several suggestions. I have tried the "Virtual" assistant, that is worthless. I have attempting to get a human on the phone, and each time, I'm directed to the online or Virtual assistance without fail.
I have moved, and was issued a new wifi router. I cannot get my HP Laser Jet MFP230nw printer to recognize the network. I am very frustrated.
It's a shame that HP is unable to provide telephonic tech support.

@Coldbore, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
