Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from this document Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change and see how it goes. 

 

You may also refer to HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network)

 

Update the firmware. Click here
