I live in Thailand where the HP service center support is wholly unresponsive.

My issue results from a change in my internet service provider & consequent change to my wifi network--i.e., unable to change from old to new wifi network.

Everything I've tried up to now to change the printer's wifi network access has not been successful (similar to citations by other community members).

As a last resort I want to factory reset all settings & begin a fresh printer setup.

I'd read in other posts that an HP Rep must provide factory reset instructions in confidence.

Since HP Thailand has not been cooperative, I'm hoping that any another HP Representative might lend assistance & provide such factory reset instructions.
