Hi @RobV302,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To reset the Wi-Fi on your HP printer and connect it to your network again, follow these steps:
Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi Network
Prepare the Printer:
- Ensure your printer is powered on.
Access the Wireless Setup Menu:
- On the printer’s control panel, touch the Wireless icon or go to the Network settings menu.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard. This may be named slightly differently depending on your printer model.
Select Your Network:
- The printer will search for available wireless networks. Select your network name (SSID) from the list.
- If your network does not appear, you may need to enter your network name manually.
Enter Network Password:
- When prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password. Use the on-screen keyboard to input the password.
- Confirm the password and proceed. The printer should now attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
Confirm Connection:
- Once connected, the printer should display a message confirming the connection.
- You can also print a network configuration page to verify the connection details.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
