Hp officejet pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the printer gently used. Was used at work, then was in storage for a year. So.... everything works great except connecting to web services.  I have followed every tip amd suggestion out there that I could find so far.

I have:

Factory reset the printer using the back 4 times and done the semi-reset

Updated to the latest firmware

Shut off ipv6

Manually set the dns to an unused address

Set the dns to googles at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Made sure no proxy was set.

I have comcast xfinity and as far as I can tell, I can't update the firmware on that router

Tried enabling web services on the unit itself, my windows 10 and the android smart app.

NONE of these have worked so far. All give cannot be enabled.  Any other help ideas, or suggestions?

Thank you!
