Hello,

This did not help. Neither did restoring the printer back to factory settings. On other posts with the same question, users were messaged in private with the steps to take to resolve the issue by HP help desk personnel I think. 

 

EDIT: I figured out, thanks to

youtube, the “secret” hard reset and it worked!
