Deskjet 3050 all in one
iOS

Hey. So here’s the deal .. I have a HP Deskjet 3050 printer which connects perfectly to my iPad 7th generation running on 14.2 software and with the HP Smart App at version 8 (latest) .. I am able to print my photos / docs smoothly on this

BUT

the same printer with the same app (version 😎 and the same iOS 14.2 on my iPad Air 4 goes through everything but Greys out the print option rather than keeping it Blue to print ... so the printer is detected and ready to print but doesn’t let me give the print command .. can anyone help pls ?

@Tahir87, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Have you tried using the AirPrint option? Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with Apple AirPrint (iOS) for help.

Also, try to remove and add the HP Smart App on your iOS device, try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
