Common problems for Connectivity Issues

My printer suddenly stopped finding my network.  Nothing has changed in my home.  It does find all of my neighbours networks, but mine is no longer in the list.  

IP: not connected

Network name: N/A

There is a mac address and host name.  I have ran the setup wizard, entered the user name and password.   No luck.    Any idea what is wrong with it?

Let's try a power reset on the printer

 

Reset the product

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware  

 

If the issue persists-

 

  1. Are you trying to connect to a home or public network?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
