HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet 9012 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried almost everything imaginable to reset this printer, but it is in an offline state, and I can't seem to get it back online. I have disconnected the power cord from both ends, reset the router box, etc. Nothing as of yet seems to help....

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and have a great day!
