Product: HP LaserJet Pro M1217nfw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Help please.  My printer is offline and I have tried all the turning on and off things to no avail.  Then I downloaded the app HP Smart and was going through the steps in the video. I selected Printers from the menu at the top but it is not allowing me to select the Diagnose and Fix option so I am stuck.  I suspect that a recent update to my computer may be the cause of the problem. Perhaps the printer needs to somehow be introduced into the new operating system in order to be recognized by the router or some such thing?  Thank you for any help.
