Hi @Yamonn,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're facing connectivity issues with your HP LaserJet M110we after changing your WiFi router. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Verify Printer Connectivity

Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Check Wireless Settings: On your printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings. Ensure that the printer is connected to your new WiFi network and that the signal strength is adequate.

Print Network Configuration Page: Print a network configuration or wireless network test report from the printer's control panel. This will provide information about the printer's current network settings, including IP address and WiFi connection status.

2. Update Printer Drivers

Driver Availability: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.

Update Drivers: Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model (HP LaserJet M110we), and download the latest drivers and software for your operating system. Install these drivers on your computer.

3. Reconfigure WiFi Settings

Forget Old WiFi Network: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the WiFi or network settings. Look for an option to forget or delete the old WiFi network settings.

Reconnect to New WiFi: Using the printer's control panel, search for available WiFi networks. Select your new WiFi network and enter the WiFi password when prompted. Ensure that you enter the correct password.

4. Windows Troubleshooter

  • Use Windows Troubleshooter: In Windows, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Select your HP LaserJet M110we printer, and click on "Manage." Choose "Run the troubleshooter" to diagnose and potentially fix printer issues.

5. Reset Printer Network Settings

  • Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. This will reset all network settings to default. The exact steps to perform a factory reset vary by printer model, so refer to your printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
