HP Recommended
Product: envy photo 7855
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been using HP Smart until now, and it worked fine.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, no luck.  Have disconnected printer and waited and reconnected - no luck.  It states that the printer is offline - but again, it prints from a document in my computer.  Tried to scan from the 7855, instead of HP Smart, and won't - says needs software and drivers; but I just did the uninstall and install and no luck - same response.

 

Will appreciate any help please!  Thank you, BTW1
