Hi @SacGil,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To reconnect your HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer to your new modem, you'll need to follow these steps.
Printer Preparation:
- Make sure your printer is turned on.
- Check that it has paper loaded in the tray and ink cartridges installed.
Access Printer Menu:
- On the printer's control panel, touch the Wireless icon or open the Network Setup or Wireless Settings menu.
Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Select your wireless network from the list of available networks.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password using the printer's keypad if prompted.
Complete Setup:
- Once connected, your printer should print a Wireless Test Report or show a confirmation on the control panel.
- If you encounter any errors during setup, such as incorrect password or network not found, double-check the Wi-Fi settings and try again.
Software Setup (Optional):
- If you're also reinstalling the printer software on your computer, download the latest drivers and software from the HP website.
- Follow the installation instructions to reconnect your printer to your computer over Wi-Fi.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
