Hello, I can't connect my printer to my internet network. Here's the message that appears on the application.
I've already changed printers and HP sent me a new one, but I still have the same problem.

Hi @Dounsteph,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds frustrating to still have issues after receiving a replacement printer. Here's a step-by-step approach to troubleshoot and resolve the connectivity problem with your HP ENVY 6032e printer.
Check Wi-Fi Settings on Printer:
- Ensure that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings or Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the prompts to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure to select the correct network name (SSID) and enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your printer, Wi-Fi router, and your computer or mobile device that you're using to set up the printer. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updated firmware can sometimes fix bugs related to connectivity. You can usually update firmware through the printer's control panel settings or the HP Smart app.
Use HP Smart App for Setup:
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer. The app guides you through the setup process and can troubleshoot common issues.
Check Firewall and Security Settings:
- Sometimes, firewall settings or security software on your router or computer can block the printer from connecting to your network. Temporarily disable any firewall or security software and try connecting the printer again.
Reset Network Settings:
- If you're still having trouble, reset the network settings on your printer to default and set up the Wi-Fi connection again. This option is usually found in the printer's menu under Network or Wireless settings.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the connectivity problem with your HP ENVY 6032e All-In-One Printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
