I had a power outage that knocked out everything, including my wifi. I was also hacked. I worked w my ISP for a long time to get it back up with a changed password. Since the. i have not been able to reconnect my printer to my wifi. I have tried all the “solutions” in the HPSmart app but none have worked. My blue wifi indicator continues to flash. And my printer does not work.

Hi @Karen1004 ,
Thank you for performing the recommended steps, I see that it has not helped.
As a last resort, let's try a Semi-full reset and see if that helps.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted
