Hi @Norris14

If you're having trouble printing with your HP ENVY 6055e, you can follow these steps to diagnose and fix the issue:

1. Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your network or computer. Verify the Wi-Fi connection if you’re using wireless or check the USB cable if it’s a wired connection.

2. Confirm Printer Status:

  • Make sure your printer is turned on and has enough paper and ink.
  • Check for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel.

3. Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, computer, and router. This can resolve connectivity issues.

4. Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that the printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates on the HP Support website.

5. Reinstall Printer Drivers:

6. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

7. Check Print Queue:

  • Clear any stuck print jobs in the print queue.
  • On Windows, go to Devices and Printers, right-click your printer icon, and select See what's printing to manage the print queue.

8. Check for Network Issues:

  • For wireless connections, ensure your printer and computer are connected to the same network.
  • Run a network diagnostic test from the printer’s control panel to confirm connectivity.

9. Reset the Printing System (Mac Users):

  • Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click (or Ctrl-click) in the list of devices and choose Reset printing system.

I hope this helps
