my HP2600 printer will print, but not my Word document.  I've had it working for months. It was connected directly via a USB port but somehow it now shows a blue light on the unit itself which denotes Wi-Fi connection. I cannot understand how to determine if it is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the HP pc-laptop.
Investigation Info ----
pc is using USB001 for printer 2600 but shows wifi connection via device blue light - no wire connection
also noted as Color: Yes empty of ink
properties = connection: standard
HP2600 is default
status: not connected
use printer offline is not --- checked
attempts to print a MS word document shows status = Error printing  I've printed this same document before.
