Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I changed internet providers.  Cannot connect my HP Office Jet Pro  6978  All-in-One Printer.  Printer screen shows printer is locked by person who installed the printer.  I in stalled printer.  How do I unlock the printer, will not allow reset.
