Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Smart tank 5000, had it hooked up to run wireless and switched providers.   Doesn't print, can't get it to go on-line.  Any ideas?

General help for new modem
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.
