I have aa Deskjet 2700e, I have changed internet provider and the printer will not connect to the wi-fi
as usual cannot get a real person at HP to help, I have done everything I can think of , anyone got any ideas for me?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
1. Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
2. Restore Network Settings:
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi:
Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.
Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
