I have an 8610 inkjet which, although successfully connected to 4 previous routers and wireless systems, will not connect to Netcomm NL20

There has been a recent problem with HP Smart.   To get the latest version (154.2.1072.0 or newer) you may need to run "wsreset" from the windows command line.  This will reset the Microsoft Store.

 

You may need to reset the printer and then do the wifi connection.
