I have an HPlaserjetp1102w I want to use WIFI mode. Windows 10 asks foe WPS pin. I don't have a WPS.

laserjet p1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In trying to go around WPS, I downloaded the hP smart driver. It saves the file and in fact it extracts. Then in disappears.

Hello @whyg ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Try this solution: An 'Enter WPS PIN' Message Displays During Printer Setup

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

My printer does not have an LCD display to see the WPS and it does not print a page as advertised.  That is why I tried downloading the HP software. I downloaded. It extracts and then without a prompt it disappears off my screen. I don't know where to go from here.
