I have an OfficeJet Pro 9015 that has dropped off my network and when trying to reset it says that action is locked. How do I get them unlocked? I am the owner and no one else uses it.

All of your recommendations I had previously tried, but failed as the selections to do so were grayed out and when attempted said they had been “locked”. I still haven’t found how to “unlock” and I’m just so frustrated and sorry I ever spent so much on an HP printer only to have it serve as a very expensive paperweight.
