Can anyone tell me how to get to someone higher up in this company? they have my all in one plan all messed up and want to charge me for 2 printers. I have called several times. And all I get is that it is in the escalation department. They wont let me talk to someone in that department. I should not have 2 accounts. I was told that when I purchased the inspire, I could regift the 6020. I NEED to get this taken care of asap
